We are looking for senior-level accounting professionals who are available on an interim basis, for onsite & hybrid engagements. From tactical interim engagements to comprehensive initiative-based projects, our diverse client base seeks accounting expertise at locations worldwide. Roles will vary and may include several of the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements, and present to leadership.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Manage and/or execute onexecute various day-to-day operational accounting tasks including account reconciliations and journal entries.
Perform various other month-end close activities, as required.
Monitor operational and financial data trends.
Operate as a business partner to stakeholders by inspiring change and recommending opportunities for process improvement.
Represent Korn Ferry in the marketplace and onsite at clients in a professional and positive manner.
The ability to communicate effectively with employees of all levels within the organization, as well as clients and the public.
Adaptivity in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Ability to be a change agent with a focus toward process improvement.
Ability to leverage existing expertise and bring it forward to our clients.
Proven organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Education & Work Experience
An undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
A minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience
