Position: Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and respond to requests from internal and external auditors
- Payroll
- Complete assigned month-end closing tasks
- Provide month-end closing reports to internal auditors
- Work with Operations Team to produce complete and accurate monthly revenue recognition reports
- Create ad hoc reports and data analysis as needed based
- Review and reconcile intercompany expenses to assure expenses are properly recorded.
- Have an overall understanding of the platform financials, and have the ability to answer specific questions from senior management.
- Coordinate annual tax reporting needs, at the local, state, federal and corporate level
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve identified discrepancies
- Analyze accounting problems and arrive at workable solutions. Evaluate information, identify key issues that need to be addressed and develop courses of action that effectively address the issue at hand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from an Accredited college or University
- 3+ years of full-time related experience and/or training
