Lucas Group is partnering with a pharmaceutical company in Boulder to identify a Senior Accountant. This is a contract opportunity lasting at least 5 months, and could potentially be a contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
Journal entry preparation for month end close.
Cash transactions processing (check deposits and invoice payments received, very small volume).
Monthly account reconciliations.
Maintaining the debt schedule
Preparation of analytics on a monthly and quarterly basis; Variance and trend analyses.
Helping with year-end audits and quarterly reviews
All SOX related activities for all of the above duties
