Senior Accountant (Closed)

Our client is a premier Health & Wellness company who are currently seeking a Senior Accountant in the Carlsbad area. This opportunity will allow you to work with some of the highest pedigree professionals in accounting, globally, as the majority of their department consists of Big 4/CPA individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue accounting for a large Big Box store, in addition to other revenue sources
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Complete account reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
• Meet with internal and external department to ensure all information is recorded accurately
• Assist accounting manager with special projects
• Assist with internal processes improvement
• Prepare annual audit schedules and assist external auditors
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance Required
• CPA Required
• Big 4 Experience preferred
• 4+ years professional experience
• Must have experience with revenue accounting
• Comfortable with Excel and manipulating large sets of data
