This position will handle pre-clinical and clinical trial accounting as well as support on SOX testing.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the organization’s accounting, purchase orders, audit matters, and close related processes
- Support the general accounting and monthly close process
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis
- Support for SOX testing, periodic reviews, and audits
- Maintain documentation for procedures and participate in process improvements
Experience Requirements:
- BS in accounting, finance, or business
- 5+ years of corporate or public accounting experience
- Understanding of general accounting principals
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- Excel
