Attorney Secondee: Transactional Media (6- 8 years of experience)
6-month, full time role
Potential for hire after 6 months
Ideal candidate will be seeking a temp to hire opportunity where they can grow long-term
Emphasis on commercial contracts, including MSA’s, SOW’s, RFP’s, Vendor & Social Media Talent agreements. Will also handle SaaS, data transfer, information security agreements and NDA’s.
Will advise company on corporate and commercial law; intellectual property; privacy; data security; social media guidelines; and conflicts and ethics.
Will assist with compliance requirements for federal regulations such as FARA and LDA.
REQUIREMENTS:
J.D. with 6-8 years’ experience in transactional practice and prior in-house experience.
Familiar with federal regulations and requirements regarding foreign agent registration and lobby disclosure. International transactional experience is a plus.
Privacy experience, particularly with GDPR and CCPA.
Strong knowledge of a variety of commercial contracts, especially regarding SaaS, vendor, and partnership contracts.
High energy applicants preferred; Demonstrated ability to working independently without significant supervision.
