Prepare footnotes to the financial statements in accordance with US GAAP to ensure complete,
accurate and timely filing of SEC financial statements.
Gather pertinent financial information, collect supporting documentation and agree to financial statement filings requiring coordination with other departments/business units and third parties.
Provide accounting support in areas related to SEC reporting, internal and external audits of financial statements and SOX controls.
Assist with technical accounting research on an ad hoc basis by assisting the Manager and
Director to resolve complex accounting issues and advise business units and country accountants of proper US GAAP treatment to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls related to financial reporting.
Assist with implementation of new accounting standards
