We have partnered with our client in their search for a Technical Delivery Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Lead / Scrum Master looking to take the next step. The successful candidate will combine technical credibility with delivery leadership, working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and integration partners to deliver complex software and integration-focused projects. Unlike a traditional Scrum Master position, this role requires a strong engineering mindset and the ability to lead technical teams while driving Agile delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile software delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time while managing risks, dependencies, and priorities.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and external integration partners, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Mentor and support developers, provide technical leadership, and drive collaboration across API, integration, and software engineering initiatives.
Skills Required
- Strong software engineering background with experience leading technical teams and developers.
- Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on understanding of APIs, systems integrations, technical dependencies, and multi-team delivery environments.
Professional Experience
- Experience as a Technical Lead, Team Lead, Delivery Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or similar leadership role within software development environments.
- Technically focused Scum Master operating within software engineering and product delivery environments.
