Korn Ferry are seeking a senior, delivery-focused Scrum Master, to work with our client, a financial services client in Ireland, as part of their digital transformation programme. The Scrum Master will provide leadership, structure, and momentum while helping teams move from early-stage definition through to end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsbilities
- Act as Scrum Master across multiple agile squads, ensuring consistent and effective agile delivery
- Establish and mature agile ways of working, particularly where teams are early in their agile journey
- Facilitate all core ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with confidence and authority
- Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies across squads
- Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and outcomes
- Coach teams and individuals to improve collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Bring structure and discipline while remaining flexible and delivery-focused
- Act as a visible, trusted presence on the ground, building strong relationships across technology and business teams
- Support the broader digital transformation by promoting modern delivery practices and a strong delivery culture
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience as a senior Scrum Master within complex organisations, ideally in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience working across multiple squads simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build delivery frameworks from scratch
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Gravitas and confidence to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and delivery teams alike
- Practical, outcomes-focused approach to agile (not overly theoretical)
- Experience working in on-site, collaborative team environments
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.) desirable but not essential
