We are supporting a global multinational organisation on the search for an Egypt-based SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support a major HR systems integration and deployment programme.
Location: Egypt (ideally Cairo or Alexandria)
Contract: Initial 6-month engagement
Working model: Remote with occasional travel to site
Languages: Arabic & English required
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting SAP SuccessFactors deployment activities
* User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Change management and stakeholder engagement
* Supporting HR users through adoption and training
* Data validation and migration support
* Acting as a bridge between local business users and global project teams
* Post-go-live hypercare support
We are particularly interested in candidates with:
✅ SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
✅ Strong HR functional understanding
✅ Experience supporting implementations, rollouts or deployments
✅ Stakeholder-facing and communication skills
✅ Experience within multinational environments
