SAP SF Cutover Lead

We have partnered with our client in their search for a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Cutover Lead to plan and manage all cutover activities for a SAP SuccessFactors migration, owning the integrated cutover plan, coordinating business and technical teams, and leading readiness, mock cutovers, and go-live. This is a highly visible role requiring strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and ERP deployment experience.

Responsibilities

    • Own and deliver the end-to-end cutover strategy and integrated plan for SAP SuccessFactors go-live
    • Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams, ensuring all dependencies and readiness activities are tracked and delivered
    • Proven experience delivering large-scale HR system or SAP SuccessFactors migrations, including cutover and go-live
    • Lead mock cutovers, manage risks and issues, and run the go-live command centre through to hypercare transition

Skills Required

    • Strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, ideally including Employee Central
    • Proven experience across cutover planning, data migration, integrations, and go-live execution
    • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments

Education & Work Experience

  • Degree

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field

    Work Experience

    • 7+ years in project, deployment, or cutover management roles
    • 3+ years delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations

Compensation: Daily Rate Contract
