We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced SAP Service Max/OTC/Plant Maintenance system analyst
Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient delivery of functional SAP Project Execution activity in a project assignment to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
* Delivery and support of the impacted project in scope, throughout the whole project lifecycle (design, IT testing, UAT and implementation phase), cutover execution and hypercare support
* Effectively manage the relationship with internal business partners and employees on the project
* Work with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA's
* Collaborate with other SAP Functional Leads - Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model.
* Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements and properly deliver the project based on the functional specifications
* Collaborate with the ETO application team and follolw their guidance on delivering the project
* Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
* Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for project delivery issues

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving complex environment
* Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work effectively with multiple groups around the globe
