We have partnered with our client in their search for 6 SAP SD OTC System Analysts to support a brand new implementation.
Responsibilities
- Effective and efficient delivery of functional SAP Project Execution activity in a project assignment to ensure that it is delivered in consistent, harmonized and optimal manner within the guidelines of the Project Management Framework (PMF)
- Delivery and support of the impacted project in scope, throughout the whole project lifecycle (design, IT testing, UAT and implementation phase), cutover execution and hypercare support
- Effectively manage the relationship with internal business partners and employees on the project
- Work with various internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA's
- Collaborate with other SAP Functional Leads - Project Execution to deliver a seamless global project execution model.
- Partner with the Architecture team to design new solutions to meet business requirements and properly deliver the project based on the functional specifications
- Collaborate with the ETO application team and follow their guidance on delivering the project
- Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
- Help in the management of Root Cause Analysis for project delivery issues
The expectation for the SAP OTC System Analyst role is not only SD knowledge but also:
- End-to-end OTC process understanding
- SAP SD-FI integration
- Change Request and Incident Management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- S/4HANA implementation/support experience
- Hands-on SAP system build and troubleshooting capability
Skills Required
- SAP project execution experience at least 2 full project lifecycle completed, project management/delivery / ITIL in a regulated SAP environment
- 4-7 years of experience
Tool & Technology Skills
- SAP ECC6 and/or S4 Hana implementation experience
- Agile experience
