We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Business Analyst with a strong focus on Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing SAP solutions, specifically within the QM module. You will work closely with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, and provide ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP QM configurations and customizations.
- Configure and test SAP QM functionalities, including master data setup, inspection planning, quality inspections, defect recording, quality notifications, and reporting.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and support on SAP QM processes and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM related issues.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and integrations.
- Participate in system upgrades and implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM best practices and industry trends.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP) to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the Quality Management (QM) module.
- Deep understanding of SAP QM processes and functionalities.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP QM.
- Experience with integration of QM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and IT teams.
- Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP) is a plus.
- Experience with S/4HANA QM required
- Certification in SAP QM is a plus.
