Job Title: SAP S/4 HANA Business Analyst – Oil & Gas Pricing Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 HANA Business Analyst with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable system requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and performing comprehensive analysis to meet the organization's pricing and data management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret business requirements and transform them into effective system solutions through design, analysis, and configuration.
Independently execute individual tasks and workstreams within project timelines, requiring minimal guidance from project managers.
Manage daily pricing maintenance, identifying and resolving missing pricing data.
Assist in resolving transfer price errors and setting up accurate pricing configurations.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
Technical Expertise: 1-3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in pricing modules.
Desired Skills:
Strong troubleshooting abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Analytical mindset to identify, assess, and resolve issues effectively.
Collaborative spirit and eagerness to work with cross-functional teams while maintaining a learning attitude.
Proficiency in data analysis, particularly around pricing and settlements in the Oil and Gas industry.
General knowledge of SAP systems, with pricing-specific expertise considered a plus.
Must-Haves:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an SAP S/4 HANA environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of pricing within SAP, including data analysis and error resolution.
Familiarity with working in an Oil and Gas environment.
