What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead development of Salesforce deployment
  • Improve system processes
  • Work closely with leadership to help identify best practices
  • Manage day to day of CRM platform
  • Partner with other divisions to support company strategy
  • Research and study new technologies that could help improve the business
  • Train new users on the Salesforce platform
  • Technical support
  • Project delivery
  • Data management

 

Skills Needed:

  • Salesforce
  • Vendor management
  • Custom app development
  • SCRUM or agile environment

 

Educational & Work Requirements:

  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Work Experience:
    • 8+ years IT experience or related
    • 2+ years Salesforce Adminsitrator
    • Salesforce certified
