Job Title: Salesforce Programme Manager
Location: (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week)
Contract Length: 6 months Initial (Likely to Extend)
Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Programme Manager to lead a major Salesforce implementation programme for a major client. This role will suit a senior professional with a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce transformations, coordinating multiple workstreams, and managing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a Salesforce implementation programme.
Oversee delivery of multiple Salesforce workstreams (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Engage with C-level stakeholders to align programme objectives with wider business strategy.
Manage third-party vendors and SI partners, ensuring delivery quality and value.
Develop and maintain programme artefacts including roadmaps, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.
Promote adoption, change management, and best practices across the business.
Skills & Experience Required
Demonstrable experience as a Programme Manager leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally across multiple clouds.
Background in utilities (highly desirable).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work at executive level.
Experience managing external delivery partners and system integrators.
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and programme governance frameworks.
Ability to operate effectively in an Outside IR35 contract.
