We have partnered with our client in their search for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and help design, build, and optimise Salesforce-based solutions. You'll work across Salesforce development, configuration, and integration, playing a key role in enhancing our CRM platforms and delivering scalable business applications.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, technically curious, and passionate about delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment.
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and API integrations.
Customise and configure Salesforce, including workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
Build and maintain asynchronous processes, batch jobs, and scheduled Apex classes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
Develop and optimise SOQL/SOSL queries for performance and reliability.
Implement unit tests and support test-driven development.
Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams in an Agile setup.
Document solutions, participate in code reviews, and maintain coding standards.

5-7 years' experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Proven experience in LWC (preferred) or Aura component development.
Strong understanding of Apex coding, triggers, and API integrations.
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, approvals).
Good knowledge of Service Cloud and data management tools.
Hands-on experience with unit testing and Agile delivery.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Prior experience with Java or other programming languages is a plus.
Exposure to Community Cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven, Ansible).
Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile Framework.
Experience working with distributed global teams.
