We have partnered with our client in their search for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You'll work on custom development, configuration, and integration tasks, gaining hands-on experience across the Salesforce ecosystem while being mentored by senior engineers.

Assist in the design and development of Salesforce features using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Support configuration tasks, including workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
Contribute to the integration of Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs.
Write and maintain SOQL/SOSL queries and implement unit tests.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and Agile ceremonies.
Stay up to date with new Salesforce capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement.
Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
Integration: REST APIs, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Database: SOQL, SOSL
Tools: Data Loader, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven
Clouds: Service Cloud (Community Cloud exposure is a plus)
2-4 years' experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, or Aura).
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, approvals).
Knowledge of REST API integrations and SOQL/SOSL.
Basic understanding of testing frameworks and Agile practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Maven, GitHub) is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to Community Cloud or Service Cloud.
Experience with test automation or continuous integration.
Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for front-end customisation.
Awareness of SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
Eager to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
Curious about new technologies and process improvements.
