Salesforce Business Analyst (Global Programme | Service Cloud + SAP Integration | Hybrid Prague)

We are seeking an English-speaking Salesforce Business Analyst (Czech language is a bonus) to join a large-scale global transformation programme focused on the integration of Salesforce and SAP and the rollout of a standardised global template across multiple regions.

This is a greenfield programme in its early stages, offering the opportunity to shape foundational design decisions and influence a solution that will scale across the enterprise.

Programme Overview:

• Global deployment across 15+ international locations, starting in Europe
• Core focus on Salesforce Service Cloud integrated with SAP
• Delivery of a templated solution to be rolled out globally
• Early-stage greenfield design and definition phase

Team & Environment:

• Global programme team of 40+ full-time specialists
• You will work closely with Senior Management across both Consulting partners and the end client
• Highly collaborative, enterprise-scale delivery environment with cross-regional stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end business analysis across Salesforce & SAP integration workstreams
• Facilitate workshops and capture requirements across global business units
• Translate business needs into scalable Service Cloud functional design
• Support definition of a global template for multi-country deployment
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders across regions
• Contribute to a programme impacting 10,000+ users globally

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience working on large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management across senior/global teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP / ERP integration programmes
• Exposure to manufacturing or security sectors
• Experience working in greenfield or template-based deployments
• Czech language skills

Location: Hybrid - Prague (scheduled onsite workshops), otherwise remote
