Job Title: Business Analyst - Salesforce Service Cloud
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Onsite minimum 3 days/week)
Duration: 12 months (with possibility to extend)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with Master-level proficiency in Salesforce and strong expertise in business process design, requirements definition, and business model strategy. The ideal candidate will combine advanced analytical thinking with strong communication skills to deliver high-quality outcomes for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements definition, refinement, and breakdown for Salesforce projects.
Conduct business process analysis and contribute to business model strategy.
Review, complete, and manage backlog requirements.
Provide direct client support and act as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
Work independently within a project team while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Salesforce Service Cloud: 3+ years on project experience.
Business Analysis: 3+ years, including analytical thinking, requirement definition, and refinement.
Experience with Business Process Design and Business Process Analysis tools (beginner proficiency acceptable).
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Languages: Czech or Slovak + English (fluent).
Onsite presence in Prague minimum 3 days/week.
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Business Analyst, or
Salesforce Developer, or
Salesforce Admin
Assignment Details:
No travel required outside Prague.
Initial assignment: 12 months, with possibility of extension.
Direct client engagement starting 5 January 2026.
