Position Overview
Pay Rate: $75-120/hr
Our client is upgrading their Salesforce CRM platform by implementing Salesforce Agentforce, the cutting-edge agentic AI solution designed to transform automation and intelligence within Salesforce. Their current Salesforce team of 20 (including admins, developers, and specialists in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ) does not yet have the internal expertise required for this implementation. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Consultant to lead and guide this initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Agentforce implementation and configuration.
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and customer engagement.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure seamless connectivity between AI agents and enterprise data sources.
- Collaborate with internal Salesforce developers, admins, and business stakeholders to align Agentforce capabilities with organizational goals.
- Provide best practices, documentation, and training to internal teams for ongoing support and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce performance post-deployment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Agentforce (agentic AI within Salesforce).
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and its integration with AI agents.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data modeling.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, primarily during Pacific Time hours.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist, Platform Developer).
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and AI-driven automation.
