The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for prospecting and managing customer accounts. The perfect candidate will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment while exceeding our established goals. The ideal candidate will have proven metrics of beating and exceeding sales goals in previous positions held.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop leads into opportunities by nurturing relationships, understanding client problems, and helping clients understand our products
  • Utilize available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports for tracking sales progress against goals
  • Develop a regional sales plan for partner distribution to meet and exceed goals
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s presence in the assigned territory
  • Follow up with customer issues and complaints
  • Work with sales logistic team to manage customer orders and inventory for all products
  • Track all customer communications in CRM tool

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5-10 years of outside sales experience
  • Must be willing to drive significant amounts of hours to establish and maintain customers
  • Computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experienced in corporate sales, business to business. Must show solid growth projections. Pipeline, territory management, closing, etc.
  • Cannabis experience is not necessary for this position.
