Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading construction services company on a Sales Recruiter position. This role will actively manage the full cycle recruiting process for sales professionals from similar industries and develop recruiting campaigns to draw candidates in. They will work with senior leadership to identify current and future needs and be able to adapt to an evolving and growing organization. This is a true headhunter position and the ideal candidate will have strong sales recruiting experience and be willing to work hard to identify great talent.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement recruiting strategies
• Manage full cycle recruiting process
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to identify needs
• Manage ATS
• Consistently follow up with hiring managers and applicants/candidates

Requirements:

• Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume industry
• Must have extensive sales recruiting experience
• Must have excellent communication skills
