Lucas Group has partnered with an established SaaS company with over 20+ years of history providing technology solutions to the business community. They are seeking a Sales Analytics Manager to join the team in Scottsdale, AZ.

Our client develops and delivers one of the leading small business CRM software products and has done so for 20+ years. With offices in North America and the UK, they have 150+ employees and are elevating their sales team with the addition of this Sales Ops role. They provide their clients with solutions for email marketing, sales automation and CRM as its strengths.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Sales Analytics Manager you will be responsible for defining the sales process by leveraging the company’s data and analytics. This is a new role with the company giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the way the team goes to market. Creating reports, dashboards, sales process playbooks, territory designations along with overall strategy input will be where you make that impact. You need to be someone that enjoys the “problem solving” side of building a strategy. Digging in to the data to identify areas of opportunity, strengths and weaknesses of the team, and collaborating with the Heads of the Sales, Marketing and Finance to refine the overall strategy. You will have input on Product Pricing, Programs, Promotions, Lead Generation and other areas not directly related to sales activities as well.
This is NOT a sales role. This is a data driven, analytical support role which will enhance the production of the existing sales team. Your influence should raise the level of production for dozens making more impact than any 1 sales person could alone.
