Director

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth and oversee all office leasing and contracts
  • Partner with marketing department to drive outbound lead generation indicatives
  • Communicate with leads and clients to drive referrals
  • Oversee KPI’s using sales tracking software.
  • Conduct office tours with public and brokers
  • Serve in a leadership position within Denver Real Estate and Business Associations to build relationship with brokers and business communities
  • Train and support location staff to increase sales conversion rates
  • Discover creative ways to generate new leads through digital and strategic partnerships

Experience:

  • 10+ years outbound sales
  • 10+ years driving business development, sales or high-stakes B2B interactions
  • 5+ years proven track record producing sales growth in office leasing or co-working
  • 5+ years in technology-based field


Requirements:

  • Strong and creative negotiator with high degree of credibility
  • Comfortable overseeing a highly analytical team and familiarity with financial modeling
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Familiar with Denver CRE brokerage and expansive network of personal contacts within brokerage community
