Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth and oversee all office leasing and contracts
Partner with marketing department to drive outbound lead generation indicatives
Communicate with leads and clients to drive referrals
Oversee KPI’s using sales tracking software.
Conduct office tours with public and brokers
Serve in a leadership position within Denver Real Estate and Business Associations to build relationship with brokers and business communities
Train and support location staff to increase sales conversion rates
Discover creative ways to generate new leads through digital and strategic partnerships
Experience:
10+ years outbound sales
10+ years driving business development, sales or high-stakes B2B interactions
5+ years proven track record producing sales growth in office leasing or co-working
5+ years in technology-based field
Requirements:
Strong and creative negotiator with high degree of credibility
Comfortable overseeing a highly analytical team and familiarity with financial modeling
Strong communication Skills
Familiar with Denver CRE brokerage and expansive network of personal contacts within brokerage community
