Lucas Group is partnering with a SaaS and IoT software company to hire a Sales Development Rep in the Nashville, TN area.

The SDR will drive the front end of the sales process; target list building, demand generation, campaign execution, rapport building, lead generation, deal qualification, setting up demos and sales meetings that support our clients Fuel Asset Management solutions.

This is a salary plus commission position with the primary responsibility of calling targets, driving leads and qualifying opportunities.  This position has a career path and the SDR can grow into a full cycle sales rep to drive deals to a close.

Required skills:
1-5 year or B2B outbound phone sales experience
Proven track of exceeding metrics and KPI's
Experience with software or retail convenience sales or operations
Excellent multi task skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience creating target call lists
Prior experience using a CRM system is required, Salesforce.com  is prefered
