Base salary around $70K + VERY STRONG commissions
MUST HAVE - Experience in hunting for new business, Bidding, Proposals and know how to ‘Close’.
You may come from a background with AT LEAST SOME TYPE OF EXPERIENCE in estimating. EXAMPLE; Landscape, Concrete, Construction, Waterworks, Pavement, Equipment, etc, ANYTHING with some estimating in the Industrial sector and we want to see your resume please.
TARGET CUSTOMERS will be: Property Managers, Homeowner Associations, Apartments, Retail, Commercial-Industrial and General Contractors.
