Title:  Sales Compensation Partner

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Reports to : Head of HR Operations


Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with an extremely progressive organization on their search for Sales Compensation Partner responsible for creating their new sales compensation program. This partner will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and executives to align the sales compensation model for this high-growth business segment with the overall HR strategic approach. In this role, you must be able to use your expertise in order to act as a true internal consultant.


Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • This is a newly created role building a brand new sales compensation program. A lot of consultation with executives and sales leaders to understand the strategic picture and provide insight into the best sales comp approach to support the business goals
  • This sales team will operate in a very competitive space. Staying aware of any emerging trends and market changes to remain competitive in the sector
  • Create a strategic sales compensation structure that is not only sound but also agile to grow and flex where needed as business changes arise


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience in a sales compensation role
  • MUST have experience building compensation models from scratch, preferably sales compensation
