Experience Requirements:
- BA degree – supply chain or statistics would be great
- at least 5-7 years exp
- Advanced time series modeling
- Strong Microsoft Excel user
- facilitated discussion and process, monthly forecasting process, with all functional teams, working with finance, sales, marketing, etc in food industry
- build some of this up, still changing process in a fast growing environment
- Experience with growing food manufacturer
Responsibilities:
- Work with multiple departments to gather information to generate forecasts
- Manage monthly demand planning process
- Lead monthly forecast meetings
- Incorporate distribution gains/losses
- Address opportunities in S&OP meetings
- Support big box market
- Involved with Sales & Operations Planning
- Explain variance between demand plan and financial estimate
- Creating, building process, improving process
