We run over 35 membership-based roundtables across the US, UK, and Canada for business executives in different verticals and functions.

The Industry Roundtable model consists of (1) multi-day executive roundtable meetings, held three times per year per group; (2) formal, recurring benchmark studies; (3) custom peer group surveys administered by request; (4) advisory services; and (5) industry advocacy.
The Roundtables have become an organic part of our clients’ business operations. Our team of professionals makes it happen, independently managing meetings, benchmarking, survey activities and all other operations for their set of groups.

Industry Roundtable Senior Manager Responsibilities
The Industry Roundtable Senior Manager manages up to 3 roundtables with up to 30 companies per roundtable. The individual is responsible for the client management and service delivery of their set of roundtables. In addition, the Senior Manager will support service and delivery of other roundtables in the portfolio.
• General Management
− Overall client relationship
− Develop and mentor internal team
• Support Business development
− Prospecting new clients
• Roundtable meetings
− Construct detailed agenda with client participation
− Oversee meeting coordination and planning, including communication and logistics
− Facilitate meeting
− Oversee development and delivery of meeting report(s)
• Benchmarking and Custom Surveys
− Oversee the delivery and execution
− Ensure data quality, accuracy and development
• Thought leadership and advocacy
− Provide opportunities to address industry concerns
− Develop activities to improve the overall well-being of the industry
Skills Required:
• Minimum of 5 years specific experience in relatable field/function
• Ability to work in small teams and with little supervision
• Experience working within an SLA environment
• Working knowledge in running a small business
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid competencies in facilitating discussions for extended periods of time
• Natural analytic capabilities
• Proficient business writing
• Experience in selling
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to satisfy internal and external clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of credit and/or debit cards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Work Environment: NY based with 30% travel.
