We are working with a Financial Services client in Dublin who is seeking a Regulatory Project Lead to support a key transformation.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving execution, structure, and consistency across multiple teams, ensuring a disciplined and coordinated approach to regulatory delivery.

  • Initial 6-month daily rate contract

  • €500 per day

  • 3 days onsite in Dublin City Centre


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of regulatory initiatives across the organisation

  • Establish and drive a clear cadence and structured approach to regulatory delivery

  • Ensure consistency, rigour, and standards across all teams involved

  • Act as the central orchestrator, coordinating across business, product, and risk functions

  • Engage effectively with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence (LOD) to ensure alignment and efficiency

  • Identify, track, and manage macro-level risks:

    • Log and assess key programme-level risks

    • Drive appropriate mitigation and resolution plans

  • Oversee micro-level risks:

    • Work closely with product and delivery teams

    • Ensure issues are captured, tracked, and addressed

  • Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and delivery

  • Provide clear reporting and visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies


Key Requirements

  • Strong experience delivering regulatory change programmes within Financial Services

  • Proven ability to drive execution and hold teams accountable

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions

  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks and governance (2LOD, 3LOD)

  • Ability to operate at both:

    • Macro level (programme oversight, risk landscape)

    • Micro level (detailed issue tracking and resolution)

  • Highly structured, organised, and disciplined in approach

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
