We have partnered with our client in their search for a Reporting / Financial Reporting / FP&A Support Consultant.
Overview
A leading organization in the private credit and alternative investment industry is seeking a Reporting / Financial Reporting / FP&A Consultant to support a major systems implementation and reporting transformation initiative. This role will focus on management reporting, financial analysis, and ensuring that reporting processes are effectively supported throughout the migration from Wall Street Office (WSO) to a new accounting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management reporting, financial reporting, and FP&A-related deliverables across the organization.
- Analyze and validate reporting outputs generated from WSO and the new accounting system.
- Assess downstream reporting impacts resulting from system and process changes.
- Partner with accounting, finance, operations, technology, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Develop reporting solutions and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting activities.
- Translate business requirements into actionable reporting and data solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance efforts for reporting-related work streams.
- Create documentation and reporting process maps to support long-term operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in financial reporting, FP&A, management reporting, or financial analytics.
- Strong understanding of how financial data flows through investment accounting and reporting environments.
- Hands-on experience with Wall Street Office (WSO) is required.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work across accounting, finance, technology, and business teams.
- Experience within private credit, alternative investments, asset management, or financial services environments preferred.
