Assistant General Counsel, Technology Transactions REMOTE
Hourly rate of pay: 65-75 DOE
- 3 day/ week position to become full-time, 100% remote, hourly/ contract to start, temp to hire for the right fit.
- Broad focus on commercial, IT and IP transactions
- Act as the US-based legal support for portfolio of companies, and must have the experience and confidence to work autonomously (plenty of support will always be available).
- Responsible for drafting and negotiating of agreements of all types, but with an emphasis on software-as-a-service (SAAS) and data licenses, and will be expected to develop a general knowledge of the law typically encountered in respect of digital products and services.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal in the UK
- While the position is expected to be full-time and remote, will also consider candidates who are in Cambridge, MA
