Our client is part of a multi-billion dollar, 100+ year leader in the building materials space. They have experienced recent growth at an increasing rate due to product enhancements as well as multi-million dollar capital improvements. We are exclusively partnering with them to find a qualified individual to step into a newly created Reliability Manager position at their facility in the Greater Davenport, Iowa area (full relocation packaged provided).
The Reliability Manager is part of a newly constructed maintenance team that is tasked with becoming best-in-calls. He/She will drive the reliability centered maintenance program which entails inspection, planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance. Additionally, the Reliability Manager will be integral in the hiring and development of the reliability maintenance staff as well as the creation & managing of maintenance KPIs. This is an opportunity to take an already sound maintenance program and help lead it to the next level. The role offers an attractive base salary, lucrative bonus, and profit sharing – a full relocation package will be provided.
