Our client is a global multi billion-dollar leader with a highly diversified product portfolio. We are partnering with them to identify an experienced Reliability Manager in the greater Beloit, WI area (relocation provided). The Reliability Manager will be responsible for both a production facility and a distribution center; leading a team and drive OEE and continually enhance operational culture. He/She will implement processes using TPM strategies and further develop an engaged workforce.
