Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global, construction organization on their search for a Regional Talent Acquisition Associate located in NYC. This is a brand new role due to growth. The Regional Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for full cycle recruiting in addition to workforce planning, onboarding, talent pooling and more. This is a great opportunity for a strong recruiter to gain exposure working closely with senior leadership and taking on ad hoc projects. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers
• Maintain online recruiting resources and in house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Full cycle recruitment of managerial roles and above
• Responsible for 1 direct report
• Some travel – may be up to 40% (domestic)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience (corporate or agency)
• Regional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communication or related discipline.
• Excellent project management skills
