This position will be responsible for growing the business on a personal and professional level in the Dallas market. He/She will start and grow a team within the existing business model and will be responsible for hiring as well as personal production.
Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager
- Provide support to individual clients; managers; and teams
- Determine long and short term sales goals for team members
- Mentor managers and assistant managers
- Plan and execute training among staff members and management
- Oversee sales and growth both internally and externally
- Provide leadership on hiring and employee retention
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues
Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager
- Five + years of sales experience coming from either a technical or recruiting background
- Strong communications skills
- Knowledge of software and development tools/industry
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work well in teams as well as being a leader
- Self-starter mentality and ability to self-motivate
