REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Candidate shall work closely with the senior management to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth of humidification and evaporative cooling products across both direct and indirect sales channels.
This position requires a technical acumen of HVAC systems and verifiable track record of success in HVAC sales.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to manage and influence multiple sales channel partners to achieve results. Shall be able to demonstrate professionalism, outstanding oral and written communication skills, and have a strong technical aptitude. It is preferred that the Candidate is able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HVAC equipment.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Our client utilizes a cross matrix organizational structure where by the Regional Sales Manager will have solid line accountability to the Managing Director of the Region for regional duties and directives as well as any day to day items. The Regional Sales Manager will also have dotted line accountability to the Vice President of HVAC for market specific strategies and directives.
