Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a leading hospitality organization in their search for a Regional Human Resources Manager based in the Atlanta area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong team while reporting directly into the Head of HR for the organization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of strong generalist HR and employee relations experience supporting an hourly, multi-state employee population. Travel will be minimal.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in an employee-relations heavy generalist HR role with an hourly, multi-site employee population
• Demonstrated experience in remote management of employee relations investigations, knowledge of local and state laws, and understanding of leaves of absence/ADA/workers compensation management
• Adept at managing more administrative tasks involved with the role without delegating, following up on items accordingly
• Bachelor’s degree required
• HR certification or Master’s in HR strongly preferred
