Job Description

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading manufacturing company on their search for a Regional HRBP located in the El Segundo area in California. As the single point of contact, the HRBP builds valuable relationships and acts as the performance improvement driver providing expertise to support site leadership in a strategic role.  Works with Shared Services to deliver positive outcomes in alignment with company goals at the local level. The partner supports and works collaboratively with the Sr. HRBP.

• Employee Relations, Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Organizational Design, Succession Planning, Training, Talent Management, Cross-Functional Communication, Recruiting & Selection
• Ensure a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, coaching and development of employees, candid and timely performance feedback
• California and Federal labor laws

Requirements:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• About 7 years of experience in California HR in a manufacturing environment
• Spanish fluency
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) desired; Alternatively the ability to attain certification in first 6 months will be considered
• Bachelor’s degree desired
