Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a field service provider on their search for a Regional HR Manager based in Denver, CO. This individual will serve as a true generalist and provide support, guidance and advice on a variety of HR functions that include Recruitment, Talent Development, Employee Relations and Organizational Development, HR Compliance, On Boarding, Compensation and Performance Management. This strategic thinking individual will serve as a true business partner and promote innovative HR solutions to achieve strategic goals.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Function as a change agent, driving and implementing HR initiatives that focus on enhancing the business
• Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment
• Partner with recruiting to attract and retain top talent
• Implement and maintain defined HR metrics
• Additional projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 3-10+ years progressive HR experience
• Ability to work in a Blue Collar Environment 
• 30-50% overnight travel
