Title:  Regional HR Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with one of the most diverse families in the customer service and hospitality industries to find a Regional HR Manager for a new venture. This customer service / hospitality organization has multiple brands, located both domestically and globally.

This role will be vital in leading the human resource management of their expansion endeavor and the refinement of all aspects of human resources associated with a startup organization. This role will initially be travelling 50% - 60%, but after the initial expansion the travel component should ease.

Requirements:

• Experience with Multi-State and Multi-Location entities within the restaurant / food service or hospitality industry.
• Experience working with a minimum wage, hourly population that is accustomed to dealing with high turnover.
• Ability to set in place strategies and programs that can be carried out in multiple locations with maximum impact on compliance needs for individual states.
• Ability to take on compliance issues associated with startup ventures and do so with a personality that is positive and not easily frustrated.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 60% in order to get things headed in the right direction and then continue to travel, at a slower pace, to maintain their growth.
• Experience working with bilingual populations (mainly Spanish) and preferred to be bilingual.
• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
