Title: Regional HR Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV area

Lucas Group has partnered with a well-known quick service restaurant group in their search for a Regional HR Manager to be based in the Las Vegas area. This is an opportunity to work under a respected HR-VP, partner with an experienced regional operations leader and positively impact a business. The region encompasses NV and part of CA so car and air travel is required. Compensation package includes a car allowance. The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 4 year degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work related experience
• 5+ years’ generalist HR management with multi-site, multi-state QSR or retail experience preferred
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices in all aspects of HR
• Experience in advising managers and problem solving across a full range of HR activities
