We have been engaged by a $300M insurance company on a search for a Finance Manager. This is a newly created role due to growth. In addition to their FP&A responsibilities, the Finance Manager will be heavily involved in a lof of M&A activity.
Responsibilities:
·Perform monthly reforecast and lead annual planning process for given region
·Lead accounts receivable estimation as part of monthly close process
·Develop all pro forma income statements for M&A activity within region
·Prepare earn out calculations and estimates
·Consult with regional sales leadership and client services to accurately forecast new and lost business
·Reconcile new and lost business reports to commission statements and other sources tracking revenues
· Regularly consults with Regional Managing Principal regarding forecasted financial performance and progress towards key financial metrics
·Interface to corporate financial departments on behalf of region
·Identifies, investigates, and analyzes potential operational improvements. As appropriate, based on findings, makes proposals for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.).
