Title: Recruitment Specialist

Lucas Group has partnered with a growing inspection and engineering company on their search for a Recruiting Specialist. This role will actively recruit for engineers, project managers, and various corporate positions. Some blue collar recruiting will also be necessary. The ideal person needs to be comfortable with hands on recruiting for both blue and white collar positions, will be open to traveling to colleges for campus recruiting events and be a collaborative team player. 

General Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking
• Work as part of a recruitment team and offer support as necessary
• Partner alongside HRBPs and address any recruiting challenges 
• Assist with campus recruiting efforts 

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition
• Preferred experience recruiting for engineers and project managers
• Skilled at using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards 
• Strong communicator, highly organized and a team player
