Job Description

Lucas Group is looking to hire full desk / recruiting / sales professionals for our established and growing Atlanta IT practice teams within the direct hire and contract staffing segments.

If you are experienced in recruiting, business development, sales, account management or looking for an opportunity to learn how to generate business, build relationships, negotiate your own terms and close your own deals – this could be an exciting career for you!  We work across all industry lines and focus on individual contributor, management and executive-level positions. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • At least 1 years of industry, sales or recruiting experience
  • Inside sales or business development over the phone
