This role will support technical and/or sales talent hiring, working directly with C-suite leadership to attract and hire top talent and improve the recruitment process and strategy. Experience Requirements:

• 3+ Years of recruiting experience for technical and/or software sales talent
• Ability to work with hiring managers to guide and improve the recruitment process and candidate experience
• Entrepreneurial, thrive in flexible, autonomous work environment
