Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing global tech startup on their search for a Recruiting Manager sitting in NYC. This role will support high growth in the New York office and the company overall, leading all aspects of recruiting from end to end, including hands on sourcing and recruiting, and driving recruitment strategy such as candidate experience, talent attraction, culture and other relevant aspects of HR.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 Years of recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years at a tech startup
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous and data-driven approach to recruiting
  • Great storyteller with proven ability to work with hiring managers to set priorities and drive processes

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, screening and managing process to offer for fast-growing NYC office
  • Leverage data-driven recruiting
  • Develop new processes to continue to drive the company forward, attracting and retaining top talent
  • Collaborate with global offices to determine and drive recruiting and HR best practices long-term
