Title:  Recruiting Director

Location:  Atlanta, GA

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a growing financial services institution in the Atlanta area in their search for a high-powered Recruiting Director. Our client is in high-growth mode, and is looking for a creative candidate who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to build and add structure to existing processes with a high-performing, fun team. The ideal candidate has previously built out the talent acquisition function and strategy for an organization of 500+ employees, and has managed a sizable team of recruiters. Must be comfortable jumping in and driving change.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution

Experience Requirements:

• 10-15 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, high volume, fast-paced environment
• 5+ years managing a recruiting team
• Demonstrated accomplishments in improving or building a TA function
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Background in banking, real estate, or insurance a plus
• Additional background in HR/employment law a plus
